I have the honor of hosting Fun Monday for the entire month of February. The second Monday in February is actually Valentine's Day. To celebrate the day of love, your assignment is to select and complete one the following options.
1. Tell us about a favorite gift that you have received or given for the holiday.
2. Show us a beloved Valentine treasure or card.
3. Describe the perfect Valentine present.
To read about other Valentine gifts, treasures, and cards, see the list of participants below this entry,
The very best Valentine gift that I ever received was the birth of our son Luke on February 14th in 1974. Today, he turns 37 and is a kind, compassionate father, husband and son.

I'm going to have to do some digging - I don't generally keep cards that long or I'd be snowed under.
I won't say until the last minute if I will play. All my energy seems to be sapped both physically and mentally. I never know if anything is going to come out of my head other than what is ending up in a tissue. My third head cold in three months. Unbelievable!
Can I still play if I'm a Grinch on that lovely day?
I'll come up with something. ;)
Love that head of black hair and what a great Valentine's gift, indeed.
I'm playing this week but had to twist your assignment around a bit--which is a proud Fun Monday tradition!
That is a wonderful way to say I Love You! One of my boyfriends was born on Valentines day -- his name was Val, go figure. One problem, though. He thought of Valentines day as his birthday, instead of a romantic day. It was okay--he was a super guy.
My son is my favorite anniversary present - born on our 4th anniversary! Love it when things work out that way!!!
My post is finally up. Spent the day painting my mom's kitchen.
That is the best and most precious gift ever Molly. He does look so cute in his crib
Do we have an assignment for Monday?
